Kristen N. Maurice, D.O., has joined the staff of Munson Medical Center as a specialist in cardiology. 
Dr. Maurice has joined the Traverse Heart & Vascular team of 20 cardiologists. She will be seeing patients at the Traverse City and Cadillac locations. She is accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 231-935-5800 or 800-637-4033.
Dr. Maurice graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Bradenton, Fla. She completed an internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship at McLaren Macomb, Mt. Clemens, Mich. She also completed a fellowship in advanced heart failure, transplantation, and pulmonary hypertension at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
Dr. Maurice is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and board eligible in heart failure and transplant.
