During the month of February, Munson Medical Center encourages you to raise awareness and learn more about heart disease by participating in the following Heart to Heart events:

Your screening will be performed by a Registered Nurse who has been specially trained to provide this service. We will do the following tests and assessments, and spend time reviewing what the numbers mean for your heart health.
- Blood pressure
- Blood test for glucose, lipid profile, and cholesterol levels
- Body mass index
- Depression and stress level assessment
- Family medical history review
- Nutrition review
- Smoking and alcohol assessment
Participants will leave with a personalized action plan including risk factor reduction materials, steps for improving heart health, and referrals for further cardiac care as needed. Cost is $55. To schedule an appointment,
