Considering the Brain’s Ability to Heal
Neuropsychologist addresses Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club on April 9

A Munson Medical Center neuropsychologist will address “Neuroplasticity: The Brain’s Ability to Heal” at the Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club meeting 2:30 - 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9.

The meeting is at The Presbyterian Church, 701 Westminster Road, in Traverse City.

Neuropsychologist Paul Callaghan, Ph.D., is recognized as a leader in the field of effective diagnosis and treatment of memory loss and related cognitive disorders. He has successfully implemented the Train Your Brain™ program at Munson Medical Center and also serves as staff psychologist for the Munson Geriatric Assessment Clinic.

The Grand Traverse Bay Area Stroke Club meets the second Wednesday of each month and offers stroke survivors and support persons the opportunity to learn, share, and connect with one another through speakers, demonstrations, and group discussions.
