Improve Quality of Life: The Diabetes PATH Program
MSU Extension educator presents introduction to six-week workshop
 
Helping diabetes patients maintain a higher quality of life and manage their disease is the goal of the six-week Diabetes PATH program. Michigan State University Extension educator Linda Cronk, MA, CFLE, will present an introduction to the program, which stands for Personal Action Toward Health, from 6 - 7 pm on Tuesday, March 6, in Meeting Room E at Munson Community Health Center.
 
The six-week workshop series is designed to positively manage diabetes. Following the presentation, participants will be able to register for the next workshop series. Cronk’s program is free and open to the public, however registration is required. Please call the Munson Community Health Library to register at (231) 935-9265.
