Stop Shouldering the Pain: Rotator Cuff Treatments
Orthopedic surgeon presents solutions for shoulder damage
Shoulder pain can be disabling in both athletes and the average person.

One of the most common shoulder injuries is a rotator cuff tear. These tears are seen frequently in adults over 50 and can be caused by overuse, trauma, or age-related degeneration. The rotator cuff lifts and rotates the shoulder and, if damaged, can cause pain and restriction of movement.
Orthopedic surgeon John Reineck, M.D., will present a community program from 6 - 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 19, at Munson Community Health Center Meeting Rooms A & B. He will discuss the latest treatment and surgical techniques available to help rotator cuff patients recover their range of motion and shoulder strength. A question-and-answer session will follow. Dr. Reineck practices at Great Lakes Orthopaedic Center and specializes in joint replacement.
While there is no cost to attend, registration is requested by calling 1-888-838-9160 or visiting
