Factors that increase your risk of getting a boil include:
  • Diabetes
  • Eczema
  • Poor nutrition
  • Poor hygiene
  • Weakened immune system
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals
  • Sports or activities involving close personal contact
  • Obesity
