Ingredients and Preparation

Nectarines, sliced2 pounds (8 small)
Apple juice1 cup
Cranberry cocktail juice1 cup
Salt½ teaspoon
Red pepper flakes½ teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon
Fresh cilantro leaves¼ cup
Directions
  1. Combine nectarines with juices, salt, pepper flakes, and vinegar in electric blender. Whirl until smooth and blended.
  2. Add cilantro leaves and whirl in a stop-and-go fashion a few seconds, just to chop.
  3. Serve chilled.
