Side Suggestions: Grilled Zucchini
Cut 1 zucchini into long thin strips. Brush with 2 teaspoons olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grill for 2-4 minutes on each side.

Side Suggestions: Boiled New Potatoes
Wash and scrub potatoes. Place in a medium pot and fill with water until potatoes are covered. With cover on, start cooking over high heat and then once water begins to boil reduce heat to low. Cook until tender when pricked (about 20 minutes for small, new potatoes and up to 40 minutes for large potatoes).
