North Flight provides staffing on a contractual basis to several EMS Units throughout the region.

Billing and Accounts Receivable Management Services

A growing number of EMS agencies in northern Michigan have enlisted this service. This allows them to focus on what they do best - helping people - while trained, experienced North Flight employees manage the paperwork and billing procedures for them.

Safety Program

North Flight employs a Safety Coordinator responsible for corporate-wide safety and infection control issues. This person is available, through contractual arrangements, to provide similar services to public service entities.
