Hey, kids! (And their parents, relatives, friends, and teachers.) We need your help! Our healthcare team is working really hard to keep us safe. Let’s show them how much we appreciate them.
Paint, draw, or create a poster that thanks our healthcare workers, and we post a picture of some entries on Facebook and Instagram. Just ask your mom, dad, or guardian to send a digital copy to us using the form below.
The top five entries will be revealed on Facebook for you to vote on after April 30th! The winning poster will be displayed at our hospitals.

Different Kinds of Healthcare Workers
Who is a healthcare worker?
- A nurse or a doctor.
- The person who cleans the hospital or cooks the food.
- An ambulance driver, an emergency helicopter pilot, or a truck driver delivering clean sheets and uniforms.
- A biomechanical engineer, a radiologist, or a phlebotomist.
- People who do many other different kinds of jobs that help us get better when we are sick. They also help us stay healthy and keep us safe!
Deadline: Please submit a copy of your poster to us by April 30.
Make Your Poster
- Draw or paint a poster that thanks our healthcare workers. Or create one on your computer.
- Use paint, crayons, markers – whatever you like.
- Create a 2D or 3D poster. That means you can also glue things on your poster.
- Use any size of paper or poster board.
Enter the Contest
Here’s how to enter the Heroes in Munson Healthcare Heroes Poster Contest:
- Take a good photo of your artwork or scan it. We need a digital copy.
- Ask your mom, dad, or guardian to use this form to send your artwork to us. Include your parent or guardian’s name and phone number, your name, and your age. (We’ll only call the winner.)
- Hang your poster at home! Please don’t send it to us through the regular mail.

Vote for Your Favorite
All posters will be posted on Facebook and voting will be opened for a fan favorite!

How You Can Help
You also can help by slowing the spread of COVID-19:
- Wash your hands often with clean water or soap for at least 20 seconds, or hand sanitizer when that’s not available.
- Don’t touch your face!
- Stay six feet away from everyone who does not live in your home.
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow or your “cough pocket.”
- Stay home, stay safe.
