Most of us have our favorite, traditional holiday foods that we enjoy and associate with the holidays. At the same time, many of us are trying to eat healthy and watch our weight. Instead of having to do without some of our favorite foods, there are ways to cut down on the fat, sugar, and sodium and still enjoy these holiday favorites.
Jodi Jocks, MS, RD, CDE; one of our Munson dietitians, will present a community program discussing ways we can make some changes to our traditional holiday recipes so that we can still enjoy them and they will be healthier for us.
