Being told you have End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD)
can be emotionally overwhelming. One way to help with this overwhelming
experience is to gain education through resources about ESRD.
Education will help you understand ESRD and help you make informed
decisions about treatment options.
These resources will allow you to see that there
is hope and that life with a chronic disease does not have to
be limited to a disability status.
