Every child deserves a healthy future...

Your child’s future begins at conception. As a participant in the Healthy Futures program, a registered nurse will offer support during your pregnancy and throughout the first two years of your child’s life. Your Healthy Futures nurse will answer questions and work with you to ensure your child has the resources needed for a healthy beginning. You’ll also receive health information periodically in the mail during your child's early years. This information focuses on topics such as immunizations, safety, nutrition and other issues that may affect your developing child.

By sharing your experiences with your Healthy Futures nurse, you’ll provide valuable information that will strengthen community resources and help other children in the region.
