The Navigator Program is an innovative outreach
effort designed to guide and support women who have an abnormal
breast finding or have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Most
importantly, the program provides patients with true empathy when
it's needed most.
Upon entering the program, you will find support
and information that will help guide you and your family members.
You may also be paired with a Navigator companion. There is no
charge for this program, and it doesn't take the place of the
medical assistance you're receiving from your health care provider.
If you have an abnormal breast finding or have recently
been diagnosed with breast cancer, a Navigator companion is ready
to help.
Navigator companions can:
Help you ask the right questions
Offer guidance when you're faced with decisions
about treatment
Help you and your family learn more about breast
changes and cancer
Offer support when you need someone to listen,
talk to, or just be with you
All Navigator companions are specially trained and
have personally experienced breast cancer. They all have one thing
in common - they have experienced a similar journey, and are ready
to support and guide you, should you need help.
