Empire Family Care physicians provide primary care services for children and adults. Empire Family Care is accepting new patients into our practice. From pediatrics through geriatric care, our providers are skilled at delivering the care you need at any stage of your life. Our clinic offers flu vaccines on-site. Make an appointment to establish care with one of our providers. Adult Services Annual preventive care for women and men Management of adult medical conditions including diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), high cholesterol, asthma, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, mental illness, and substance abuse Medicare annual wellness visits Infant and Adolescent Services Illnesses (acute and chronic) Immunizations Well-child checks and sports physicals Other Services Allergy injections Lab testing (limited) with immediate results -- Open Monday through Thursday, 8 am – 3:30 pm for walk-in appointments. This location is closed from 12:30-1pm daily. Minor surgeries including lacerations, skin lesion removal, and wart treatments
