The Munson Help Desk will provide a single point of contact for all users of Munson Healthcare and its affiliates to direct questions and reports of problems relating to supported software and hardware. The Help Desk will record and resolve the issue and help the user maximize their use of applications or equipment, or escalate the call to the appropriate support team. The Help Desk will assist in the notification of trends and situations to allow Munson Healthcare's Information Systems Department to maintain the highest level of customer service to all our customers.
