"I’ve had cataract surgery in both eyes at Kalkaska Memorial Health Center. If anybody asks me, ‘should I go there for surgery?’ – my answer is ‘yes!’ The nurses treated me like I was the most important person in the world and made me feel very comfortable. The anesthesiologist explained everything to me and the doctor was tremendous. The general philosophy of this hospital is to be concerned first about the patient’s needs. If I ever need surgery again, I’ll have it done in Kalkaska. To know that Munson surgeons are taking care of us locally is really important."
