  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) uses precisely focused radiation beams to treat tumors and other abnormal growths in the brain, spinal column, and other body sites.

O-Arm Surgical Imaging with Stealth Navigation

Provides intra-operative neural navigation used for both brain and spine. Image guidance allows for less invasive procedures and confirmation of surgical precision. Munson Medical Center is the only hospital in northern Michigan using the O-arm device.


Some neurosurgeons require a referral from a physician. Whether or not you have received a referral, please contact the neurosurgeon’s office to learn what tests or information will be needed before your first appointment. In some instances, a recent (within the last three months) MRI of the involved area is required.
