2021 Virtual and In-Person Fundraising Events
Community events provide critical funds each year to enhance healthcare for patients in northern Michigan. While some of our 2021 fundraising events were cancelled or moved to a virtual format in response to COVID-19, your support made it possible to carry on the legacy of many beloved events.
Below are the events held in 2021 to support our local hospitals.
7th Annual Hospice Breakfast
This virtual event held on May 12, 2021, celebrated the important work of Munson Healthcare Hospice and the patients and families served. Nearly $30,000 was raised for this critical service!
18th Annual Cadillac Hospital Golf Ball
Taking place at the Cadillac Country Club on September 10, 2021, the annual Golf Ball event raised more than $33,000 for Munson Healthcare Cadillac Hospital!
31st Annual Grayling Hospital Golf Classic
Over $20,000 was raised for critical upgrades at Munson Healthcare Grayling Hospital, thanks to your support of the Golf Classic on August 12, 2021!
Traverse City Tourism Charity Challenge: IRONMAN 70.3
Munson Healthcare Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital Chief Medical Officer Dr. Nancy Smith, board member Michelle Russell, and Rehab Coordinator & Physical Therapist Adrienne Stephen Jones competed in the IRONMAN 70.3 on September 12, 2021. They raised over $7,000 to support POMH!
23rd Annual Otsego Memorial Hospital Golf Outing
September 15, 2021, was a beautiful day of golf in support of Munson Healthcare Otsego Memorial Hospital! Thank you to Fifth Third Bank, the Premier Event Sponsor, for their generous support of this event.
Tee Off for Benzie
The Crystal Downs Women's Auxiliary hosted a golf outing on July 20, 2021, raising more than $10,000 for Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital!
ProAM Charity Tournament
This event, hosted by Crystal Downs on August 9, 2021, raised nearly $30,000 for Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital!
9th Annual Cadillac Hospital Power of the Purse
Community members toasted to purses, community connection, and strong local healthcare during the virtual Power of the Purse event on October 21, 2021. More than $25,000 was raised for services at Cadillac Hospital!
29th Annual Charlevoix Hospital Holly Daze
This festive holiday celebration, held virtually on December 10, 2021, raised over $50,000 to support the purchase of new equipment at Munson Healthcare Charlevoix Hospital!
