Last week’s tornado brought devastation close to home for those living in the Gaylord and Otsego County area.

The community exhibited so much strength by immediately coming together to help those affected by the storm. The days, weeks and months ahead will present many challenges, including fulfilling basic needs such as shelter and food for numerous families.

While the outpouring of support has been tremendous, the needs of this community are extensive. We will no doubt hear stories of the heroic actions within our communities as the days following this tragedy unfold.
