Hospice Memorial Butterfly Release - Cadillac

Thank you for supporting the Munson Healthcare Hospice Memorial Butterfly Release on August 16, 2023. This event will take place at 3 p.m. at the Cadillac Senior Center, located at 601 Chestnut St.

To reserve a monarch butterfly to release in memory of a loved one, please complete the form below. Butterflies are $12 each and you may purchase multiple. A small portion of each purchase will be designated as a gift to support hospice and bereavement services in northern Michigan.  You can also make an additional charitable donation via the form below. 

Please Note: no registration is required to observe the release.
