Travel
to MSUCOM/SCS Educational Sessions
Residents are required to attend all scheduled
MSUCOM and SCS educational sessions. To facilitate attendance,
the program will:
- Release residents from patient care and call
duties beginning the night before the educational day.
- Provide overnight accommodations.
- Provide transportation assistance. Three vehicles
will be provided for each regular education day with vehicle
assistance coordinated by the Chief Resident and the Program
Coordinator of the Family Practice Residency.
Resident Responsibilities:
- On time attendance at educational sessions.
- Remain in attendance for the entire educational
day.
- Submit proper expense reports to the Program
Coordinator of the Family Practice Residency.
- Promptly notify the Program Coordinator if transportation
or accommodations are not needed.
