Patient Portal, ‘MyHealthInfo,’ Available for Patients
Portal provides secure online access to health profile, information

MyHealthInfo, a new patient portal, is now available to patients of five Munson Healthcare hospitals.

“All current patients will be invited to sign up for access to their MyHealthInfo patient portal,” said Kathy Garthe, vice president of Regional System Development. “We believe they will find it a great benefit because it provides more timely access to their health information.”

MyHealthInfo will give patients of Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, Mercy Hospital Cadillac, Mercy Hospital Grayling, Munson Medical Center, and Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital access to their electronic health record.

Former patients of any of the five hospitals may also sign up during their next inpatient or outpatient visit, or they may just stop into a registration area in any of the hospitals with a photo ID and obtain access.

The secure online data shows current and past visits at any of these five Munson Healthcare affiliated hospitals. Patients will be able to view:
• A health profile which includes information from your last hospital visit including medications, immunizations, health issues, and allergies
• Lab results (for any lab tests processed at a Munson laboratory site)
• Procedures
• Discharge instructions and patient education

 MyHealthInfo also offers:
• A secure method to view, download, and transmit one’s electronic health record
• The ability to enter and track one’s health information, such as weight and exercise or blood sugar
