The mission of the Northwest Michigan Surgery Center is to provide the highest quality patient care in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner.

The vision of the Northwest Michigan Surgery Center is to be recognized both regionally and nationally as a beacon of quality; the place for outpatient surgery, the place to work and the place to invest.
