Where do I park?
Parking is limited on campus. We strongly encourage participants to walk, bike, park off-site, or carpool to the event. Designated parking for the event is available at Munson Family Practice Center. The rear of parking lot K may be used if no additional parking is available. Click here to download a parking lot map.
Where does the race start/stop?
The race will begin near the corner of Sixth and Brook streets in parking lot H to the west of Traverse Heart & Vascular. The race will end in the same lot. A map showing the location of lot H is attached.
What time should I arrive?
The race will start at 9am sharp. If you need to register additional guests, or pick up your packet, please allow extra time to do so.
How do I find the race course?
The full course map is below. To ensure safety of participants, there were many departments involved in reviewing and approving the route, which affected our ability to get it posted sooner.
What is the route like?
The course is an open course, which means there are no street closings after the race has started. There will be volunteers at intersections to monitor traffic and direct participants along the course. The course is a combination of paved roads and sidewalks. With almost 500 participants, it will be a busy course. If you are walking, or have a stroller, please start at the back of the group to allow runners to make their best times. Please be alert to traffic at all times.
Do I need to pick up a packet?
Participants who registered prior to June 2nd will have a packet with their race bibs, timing chips, and shirts (if applicable). Obtaining your race bib early allows you to avoid the registration table on Saturday morning. If you have questions on this, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do I pick up my packet?
Packets will be available in lot H on Saturday morning starting at 7:30 a.m. at the registration table. However, we strongly encourage packet pick-up prior to the day of the race. If you registered for the race after June 2nd your packet will only be available to pick-up on the morning of the race. Those registered prior to June 2nd will be able to pick up their packets Thursday June 6th from 4pm-5:30pm, Friday June 7th from 8am-10am and 3pm -6pm in the Payroll work room.
What if it rains the day of the race?
Weather conditions are unpredictable so dress appropriately. Organizers reserve the right to cancel the race in the event of inclement weather.
