Executive Transaction Team

The team of executives from CHE Trinity Health and Munson Healthcare has been meeting for many months, making sure the due diligence process stays on track, negotiating the final agreement, and gaining legal and regulatory approvals. With the final agreement expected in early September, the team’s work is nearly complete.

Transition Steering Committee

The Transition Steering Committee oversees the transition and integration process, and meets biweekly to develop work plans, review recommendations made by the various Functional Teams, and make final decisions about how we will operate as an integrated organization.

Functional Teams

The 17 Functional Teams – covering multiple operational areas – will identify all issues impacting people, process, and technology in their respective areas. Teams will evaluate and recommend the best way to bring our organizations together. The teams will evaluate options and recommend how best to bring our organizations together, reporting to the Transition Steering Committee every two weeks. Members will include staff from CHE Trinity Health, Mercy Hospital Cadillac, Mercy Hospital Grayling, Mercy Home Care and Hospice Northern Michigan, and Mercy Manor. Representatives from Munson Healthcare lead the teams. Their work will focus on important Day 1, Day 30-60, and Day 365 priorities.
