Every day, Robert Nicholls uses a special tablet at home to check his blood pressure, oxygen levels, heart rate, and weight. This data is sent electronically to a nurse who calls him if there are any areas of concern. Robert can also request a face-to-face conversation through the device with just the push of a button.
Munson Healthcare Home Health is using this new remote patient monitoring technology to give patients more flexibility and provide early interventions which can help keep patients out of the hospital.
