What is Palliative Care?
Palliative care is for people of any age experiencing the symptoms and stress of a serious illness. It is similar to hospice care in many ways, but with some important differences.
Like hospice care, palliative care supports patients whose treatment is complete. But unlike hospice care, palliative care also helps those who still are exploring treatment options or are seeking a cure for their conditions.
