At the Healthy Weight Center in Traverse City, exercise specialists, dietitians, and behavioral health specialists work together with people to help them lose weight, keep the weight off, and stay healthy.
The program now includes a body composition analysis using InBody technology. Hear one Traverse City man’s story about his 40 pound weight loss. He credits much of his success to the InBody analysis which provided answers to a lot of his questions and helped him monitor his progress.
