John L. Coatney, M.D., has joined the staff of Munson Medical Center as a specialist in cardiology and clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
Dr. Coatney is a member of the Traverse Heart & Vascular team of 20 cardiologists. He will be seeing patients at the Traverse City location. He is accepting new patients, and appointments can be made by calling 231-935-5800 or 800-637-4033.
Dr. Coatney graduated from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, Aurora, Colo. He completed an internal medicine residency and fellowships in cardiovascular disease and cardiac electrophysiology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich. Dr. Coatney is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology, and board eligible in clinical cardiac electrophysiology.
