    • 2019 TC Light Parade Volunteer Sign-Up

    Munson Healthcare is excited to support the Downtown Development Authority by participating in the annual Light Parade where Santa comes to town and the Downtown TC tree is lit. Volunteers are needed to walk in the parade and represent Munson Healthcare as we light up the community. The parade begins around 6:15 pm and volunteers can expect a minimum of a one-hour commitment. First Name  *Last Name  *Employee #  *Department  *Email  *Please list email address that you check regularly as this is how we will communicate updates and information about the parade, location, etc. Please provide the names, and ages of family members who will be walking. By clicking submit, I authorize Munson Healthcare take audio/photography/video of me and my family members listed above at this event for use in future internal and external marketing and promotional activities, and I release and forever discharge Munson Healthcare and its agents, from any claims and demands in connection with the use of information/material covered by this authorization, including, but not limited to, any claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.
