Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) 

PHTLS focuses on the belief that, given a good fund of knowledge and key principles, EMS practitioners are capable of making reasoned decisions regarding patient care. PHTLS promotes critical thinking as the foundation for providing quality care and may require a non-traditional approach to the trauma patient.

Munson Medical Center Regional EMS Education is an authorized provider of the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) program.
