Dr. Campbell graduated from University of Minnesota Medical School, Minneapolis, Minn. He completed a general surgery internship at Hennepin County Medical Center, Minneapolis, Minn., and a neurosurgery residency at Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, Va.
