We are currently seeking the following for Manistee provider offices:

Clinical Coordinators (Medical Assistant)

Qualified candidates have patient care experience and are Non-Certified, Certified or Registered Medical Assistants and LPNs. Clinical coordinators are customer service oriented clinical professionals who serve as liaisons between providers and patients to ensure quality, safety, and a great patient experience. Starting salary depends on experience, certification or licensure, with benefits after 60 days.

Quality Care Coordinator

Collaborates with the Physician Hospital Organization, administration, providers and insurers on current and future quality and process improvement initiatives. They are responsible for coordination of quality projects; payer quality programs and developing action plans to ensure practice processes are in place to capture available quality incentives. Salary depends on experience and benefits available after 60 days of employment.

Physician Services Care Coordinator

Provides electronic medical record (EMR) program support to providers and staff within the Provider Network. Works closely in a supportive role with providers, administration, and staff to ensure smooth patient flow, optimal productivity levels, and patient satisfaction. Needs to be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, eClinical Works, and any other EHR experience will be considered. Salary depends on experience and benefits available after 60 days of employment.
