Cadillac Hospital Surgical Services Expansion

Equipment is critical in delivering a top-notch patient experience and keeping our local hospital financially strong. To provide the best in technology for our patients and physicians, we need to purchase new equipment to assist in ear, nose, and throat procedures.

ENT Navigation equipment is required to perform endoscopic sinus surgery and is highly relied upon by surgeons to navigate the sinus area safely. To keep pace with the latest advancement, Cadillac Hospital must regularly update and replace its medical technology.

Charlevoix Hospital Innovations

Purchasing innovation equipment is an important step in enhancing top-quality care for the women in our community and their families. The current needs include:

Central Fetal Monitoring System
This technology helps monitor vitals of both the mother and child during labor, delivery, and recovery. The new system will save time and increase efficiencies.

Additional Maternity Technology
To meet patient demand and to support the work of our two new physicians, we need to purchase additional technology, including:

  • Two ultrasound machines
  • An infant security system
  • A patient monitoring system
  • Two birthing beds
  • Newborn hearing screening device
  • Jaundice meter machine

Grayling Hospital Innovations

Grayling Hospital has greatly expanded its ability to offer more advanced patient testing and diagnostic services, and we now need to acquire more innovative equipment to support these services.

We have an urgent need for a Cardiac Assessment System to be used for cardiac and pre-surgical patients. This system is highly-effective in:

  • Identifying Coronary Artery Disease (CAD)
  • Assessing risk of sudden cardiac death
  • Utilizing exercise capacity as an indicator of serious health conditions

The CASE system's streamlined workflow leads to patients spend less time in medical facilities. Key features include enhanced patient comfort, quicker access to results, and high accuracy resulting in reduction of repeat testing.
