Munson Healthcare has partnered with Cigna, a global health service company, to provide employees and their families access to a comprehensive Employee Assistance & Work Life Program (EAP). Through the EAP, you and members of your household have access to a wide range of free and confidential services, including up to four face-to-face sessions with a counselor and unlimited phone counseling sessions.

Free health coaching is offered to employees and spouses who have Priority Health insurance through Munson Healthcare. Think of your coach like an accountability partner to help keep you on track. Your coach will help you set and reach your goals by giving you information, advice, and encouragement on any area of your life that you find personally challenging.

Healthy Weight Center

If other weight loss programs have not worked for you, the medically supervised program at the Healthy Weight Center in Traverse City may be for you. The Healthy Weight Center team takes a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to help you find weight loss success, offering five program options so you can choose the one that best fits your needs, schedule, and budget.
