Ball Pilates

Enjoy all the advantages of a core Pilates workout using a big Swiss and a small ball. Experience variety in your Pilates to present new challenges for your core muscles. Instructor: Barb.

Boot Camp

This class is intended for fitness enthusiasts seeking to jumpstart their bodies with a no mercy butt-kicking class. Whether you're looking for penance after a weekend of indulgence, or to ignite your metabolism, expect a full body workout for your muscle's wits end. Instructor: Joseph.

Booty, Abs & Core

Welcome Back! If you've been away from the gym for a while, this is a good re-introduction to core strength. Utilizing hand weights, med balls, stability balls and body weight, this class will strengthen, tone and slim your mid-section! Instructor: Donna

Cardio Fitness

Begin this comprehensive workout with an extensive strengthening and toning routine. Follow-up with fun, fast paced choreography that will increase your heart rate and burn calories. Instructor: Camille.

Cardio Dance 

Get at least 6000 of your recommended 10,000 steps per day while you enjoy dancing to both old and new music. Keep your heart rate elevated while having fun! Instructor: Barb.

Pilates is a blend of strength, stretching, and flexibility exercises, which improve posture by enhancing the core, decreasing stress, and creating long, lean muscles. Instructor: Camille.

Full Body Stretch

A head to toe stretch for all of you. That’s right, you are tight! This class will utilize multiple stretch techniques: Active-isolated, trigger point therapy, fascia stretch and yoga poses for a complete muscle release. Your body will thank you! Instructor: Donna

Mat Pilates Intro

This is a small group class intended to teach people the basics in a non-threatening environment and address any medical or physical limitations.

Movement & Balance

Designed to improve daily living with a diverse blend of seated and standing exercises while working at your own fitness level. This reviving group exercise class emphasizes cardio, flexibility, strength training, and improvement of reaction time and balance. Instructor: Deb.

A Mat Pilates class appropriate for individuals new to Pilates and for those with special health needs. The flow of the class is slow with position modification used as necessary. Instructor: Deb.

Pilates Reformer Class

Attend a small-group introduction to Pilates Reformer Training. Talk with a certified Pilates instructor about the benefits of this training. See demonstrations, ask questions, and try it out. Riptide Pilates

Whether you're looking to master a new recreational hobby such as standup paddle boarding, canoeing, road biking, cross country skiing, golfing or sailing—or just engage your favorite recreation with more confidence—this class will prepare you as much as anything else you could do. Upbeat Workout

A fun, fast-paced and challenging workout combining stretching, balance, and full body firming. Upbeat music drives the pace of the workout. Instructor: Deb.

Yoga Flow

A unique sequence that invites a practice of self-reflection and breath. As you move through the postures, this sequence will allow you to truly embrace the movement between each static position supported by your energy. All yogis will feel welcome in this class.
