Group Fitness Classes

We have a varied selection of classes for all ages and fitness levels.

Group fitness classes are free with Manistee Health & Fitness membership. Non-members may pay the drop-in fee or purchase a punch card.

Creative Cardio (Mary Paine)
Wednesday, 8:30-9:15 am
Instructor's choice! Different cardio options every week.


Flexibility (Renate Stege)
Tuesday and Thursday, 9:45-10:30 am
Full-body stretching.


Intervals (Dursa Marshall)
Thursday, 5:45-6:30 am
Intervals of cardio and strength to start your day.


Kettle Bell (Stacie Bytwork)
Monday, Wednesday, 4:30-5:15 pm
Friday, 6:15-7 am
Full-body strength training using a kettle bell.


Lift of the Day (LOD) (Tyler Stec)
Monday, 5:15-6 pm in the main gym weight room
Tuesday, 5:15-6 pm in the Fitness Annex
Thursday, 6-6:45 am in the Fitness Annex
Build strength with weight training and functional exercises.
Space is limited!


Mix & Match (Renate Stege)
Tuesday and Thursday, 9-9:40 am
Lower intensity cardio and strength.


Power 45 (Katie Tritten)
Tuesday, 5:45-6:30 am
Combination of strength and cardio.


Pure Step (Mary Paine)
Friday, 8:30-9:15 am
Choreographed step aerobics.


Spinning (Katie Tritten)
Monday, 5:15-6 pm; 6-6:30 pm
Wednesday, 5:45-6:30 am
Cardio workout on a spin bike.
Class size is limited; first come, first served.
*** Spinning classes are held in the Group Fitness Annex in the lower level of Manistee Medical Offices at 1293 E. Parkdale Ave.


Step & Sculpt (Mary Paine)
Monday, 8:30-9:15 am
Intervals of choreographed step routines and strength training.


Strength (Mary Paine)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 9:15-9:45 am
Strength training.


Yin Yoga (Mary Paine)
Friday, 9:45-10:30 am
Poses held longer and done mostly on the floor. Great for all levels!


Yoga Flow (Mary Paine)
Monday, Wednesday, 9:45-10:30 am
Thursday, 7:30-8:30 am
Flow from pose to pose, linking movement and breath.
