At Munson Healthcare Manistee Health & Fitness, we've pulled all the pieces together for you, so it is simple to start a fitness program and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Manistee Health & Fitness is a full-service fitness facility located in the Munson Healthcare Manistee Community Health Center on 1345 E. Parkdale Ave. Most group fitness classes are included in a membership. Flexible membership options are available to the public, including a family rate. Personal training and time on our golf simulator are available for a fee.

The fitness facility has a variety of exercise equipment, including treadmills, stair climbers, rowing machines, elliptical trainers, and stationary bicycles. There is also a free-weight room, stretching and toning area, and an aerobic circuit.
Attractive shower and locker room space and televisions for remote headphone use are offered. Manistee Health & Fitness is part of Munson Healthcare Manistee Hospital and an exercise plan with physicians can be easily coordinated.

The staff at Manistee Health & Fitness consists of certified instructors and exercise specialists who can evaluate medical history and help develop short- and long-term fitness goals. They can determine target heart rate range, analyze body fat composition, and conduct fitness testing for strength, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. All Manistee Health & Fitness staff members are CPR-trained.

Try our fitness classes to add variety and motivation to your exercise routine. We routinely offer spin, circuit training, and aerobics courses. Most classes are included in membership. A punch-card or drop-in fee is available. Specialty classes, such as yoga, Pilates, and aqua aerobics, are also offered.
