Munson Healthcare (MHC) is pleased to welcome Jennifer Armstrong, DNP, NP-C to MHC Charlevoix Hematology and Oncology.
Jennifer was raised in White Lake, Michigan but has called Charlevoix her home for the past 17 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lake Superior State University, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from University of Michigan - Flint. She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner through AANCPB.
Jennifer spent her registered nursing career working at local northern Michigan hospitals in emergency medicine, oncology, and infusion. As a nurse practitioner she has been working in family practice since 2020. She has always enjoyed working with oncology patients and has experienced cancer with several of her own family members, making it a personal journey for her.
“I am passionate about giving my patients the best possible care and treating them as I would my own family,” said Jennifer.
Jennifer is married with two children and three dogs. In her free time, she loves to sail, ski, hike, travel, cook, garden, and take advantage of all that northern Michigan has to offer.
