What Munson Healthcare Supports

• Munson Healthcare considers requests from non-profit, tax exempt, 501(c)(3) organizations and programs with a primary focus in the following areas:
• Community Health, Health Promotion, Health Education and Health Advocacy programs that are designed to improve the health and well-being of people living in Northern Michigan
• Civic and Business Organizations that promote good citizenship and the economic viability of Northern Michigan (ex: Chambers, Rotaries, etc.)
• Arts and cultural enrichment that benefit people living in Northern Michigan (benefit patients/patient experience)

What Munson Healthcare Does Not Support

• Organizations without current IRS 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, public charity status
• Organizations that discriminate in the provision of goods or services based on race, religion, color, creed, gender, gender identity or expression, physical challenge, age or national origin
• Individual sponsorships related to fundraising activities or individuals
• Endowments
