A physician referral is required for nutrition counseling. Each patient with a referral will receive an individualized nutrition assessment and education tailored to his or her specific health needs.

A registered dietitian will meet with you individually to review your medical and nutrition history. You will learn how to be successful in improving your nutrition and health. Your dietitian will help you set achievable goals, offering encouragement and practical advice.
