Diabetes Education: 989-344-5857

By appointment: Tuesday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm

We provide a team approach to give you the education and self-management skills you need to improve your health. Our program is recognized by the American Diabetes Association and has been certified by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services. To help get you started, we’ve created an easy-to-read booklet called, “Today is the Day: Your Guide to Living with Diabetes.” Our comprehensive services include:

  • Blood glucose monitoring
  • Diabetes disease process
  • Gestational diabetes program
  • Individual counseling
  • Insulin pump therapy
  • Medication information
  • Nutrition/carbohydrate counting
  • Pre-diabetes education
  • Support groups
  • Weight control

Monday - Friday, 6 am to 5 pm

Closed major holidays

No appointment needed (except for glucose tolerance tests). Simply bring your physician’s order and insurance information. Your results will be sent to your doctor quickly, usually within 24 hours. We provide the newest lab procedures and technologies, efficient services, and we talk you through your test to make sure you’re comfortable and well-informed. 

Nutrition Counseling: 989-344-5857

Referral needed. Our registered dietitians provide individualized nutrition assessment and education. We work with you to discuss strategies to help sustain long-term lifestyle changes. Our specialty areas include:

The health of your employees is critical to the success of your business. Occupational health and medicine services can help you reduce injuries, lower costs, and promote a safe workplace. Virtual and on-site services are available. We offer:

  • Drug and alcohol testing
  • DOT and non-DOT
  • On-site medical review officer (MRO)
  • Drug and alcohol consortium
  • Employment physicals (DOT, FAA, post offer, and more)
  • Work injury treatment and follow up
  • Work site services available upon request

Pulmonary Services: 989-348-0325

Services include:

  • Pulmonary function test
  • Pulmonary rehabilitation
  • Better Breathers classes for COPD patients

X-ray and Imaging: 800-968-9292

No appointments needed for x-ray. Please bring your physician’s order. Services include:

  • 3D digital mammography
  • Bone density screening
  • Computerized tomography (CT) scan
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)

  • Ultrasound (including vascular)
