Want to Become a Respiratory Therapist?

Munson Healthcare partners with Muskegon Community College to educate and train respiratory therapists. All pre-requisites can be completed at Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City. Respiratory therapy classes are attended via REMEC in the Respiratory Therapy classroom at Munson Medical Center. Clinical training and rotations take place at Grayling Hospital, Kalkaska Memorial Health Center, and Munson Medical Center. Students also complete two weeks of training at University of Michigan or Spectrum Health for their neonatal/pediatrics clinical rotation. Graduates of the program typically find employment within the Munson Healthcare system.
