Employee Self-Service allows employees to access pay history and benefit elections, as well as update personal information and tax withholding.

Employees can access employee self-service 24/7 from any internet connected computer with a Windows Internet Explorer browser. View the Accessing Employee Self-Service Remotely guide for more information on how to access from home.

For remote users please review the Mulit-Factor Authentication Guide for StoreFront to ensure you are authentication properly to the network remotely.

Open Enrollment 2020-2021

Open Enrollment for Benefits Plus starts at 7 am on Wednesday, May 6, 2020 and closes at 5 pm on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 and elections may be changed any time only during this window. 

*Does not apply to Kalkaska Memorial Health Center or Otsego Memorial Hospital
