Coordinated Care

Munson’s mammography screening software enables your care team to estimate your individual lifetime risk.

At the High-Risk Breast Cancer Clinic, your team will provide a personalized care plan, education, testing guidance, and support. Your personalized plan may include additional imaging or testing, genetic counseling, and surgical or other referrals, as needed. Many insurance providers cover a visit with the High-Risk Breast Cancer Clinic.

• Personalized Risk Assessment: Patients receive a detailed review of their risk score along with expert guidance on next steps.
• Ongoing Surveillance: Annual breast cancer screenings, which may include MRI, for continued monitoring.
• Risk Reduction Education: Information on lifestyle and medical strategies to lower risk, plus access to genetic counseling when appropriate.
• Surgical Consultation: Coordinated referrals for surgical evaluation if clinically indicated.
