Donate your unused medications to cancer patients in need!

Not all cancer patients have access to the medications needed to treat cancer, its side effects, or the side effects of chemotherapy. The Munson Healthcare Cancer Drug Repository program supports patients by collecting unused cancer medications and donating them to those in need. 

Who Benefits? 

Your donation will become available to any cancer patient in the state of Michigan with a valid prescription, at no cost to them. 

Who Can Donate? 

Anyone over the age of 18 may donate, regardless of residency or diagnosis. Others may donate on behalf of a loved one who is either: 

  • Under the age of 18
  • Unable to complete the donation themselves 

What Medications Are Accepted? 

Any unopened medication* used to treat cancer, cancer side effects, or chemotherapy side effects with at least six months remaining before expiration.   

*We are unable to accept controlled substances or medications requiring refrigeration. 

Donation Drop-Off Hours 

Drop off options are any Munson Healthcare Infusion Clinic, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm. View our infusion locations below.

Is My Donation Anonymous? 

Yes. The only information we'll collect is a form signed upon your donation that will be stored per HIPAA and Michigan Board of Pharmacy standards.
