Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital's Community Commitment

At Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital, we are committed to building a healthier Benzie community. For nearly 90 incredible years, we have proudly served our growing community, advancing not just in the way we care for patients but in our community outreach as well. As a non-profit organization, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital reinvests our resources back into the people who live, work, and play in our beautiful community to support our mission of improving community health.

Each year, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital provides hundreds of thousands of dollars in free, discounted, and unreimbursed services, as well as health care programs and education.

Our community benefit programs address our community’s unique health needs and aim to enhance the health of residents in and around Benzie. These community benefit activities include numerous educational initiatives, special programs, and community partnerships that increase access to health services, improve the health of our community, lead to medical advances or discoveries, and relieve or reduce the burden of government or other community efforts.

We invite you to take a closer look at these benefits in our 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment and 2017 Community Commitment Report below.
