Specialty

Urgent Care Medicine

Urgent care physicians treat individuals who have non-life-threatening medical conditions and who are unable to consult with their primary care physician to receive prompt diagnosis and treatment. These services include physical examinations and diagnosis and treatment for minor injuries and illnesses. Urgent care centers are not emergency rooms and individuals with serious or life-threatening emergencies will be referred to a local hospital emergency room for treatment.

Oncology

A medical oncologist specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all types of cancer and other benign and malignant tumors. This specialist decides on and administers therapy for these malignancies, as well as consults with surgeons and radiotherapists on other treatments for cancer.
