The Munson Home Infusion Pharmacy assists people living in counties served by Munson Healthcare Home Health: Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Clare, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Lake, Leelanau, Manistee, Mason, Mecosta, Missaukee, Montmorency, Osceola, Oscoda, Otsego, Roscommon, and Wexford.
We work closely with your physician and home care nurse to provide a customized home infusion plan and the necessary medication and supplies, IV maintenance, training, and support for you and your caregivers.
Throughout treatment, patients have direct access to our pharmacist to answer questions and discuss treatment.
